The First I - Intention
How Do I set my intention for change?
I know this part can be a bit scary, you have done all your browsing, reading and research and there is that little voice that is encouraging you to go for it. It’s time!
So I am asking you to sit quietly for couple of minutes. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Take some time to think about where you are now, in all the areas of your life. Now, ask yourself, if I had a magic wand and I could wave it so suddenly I lived the life I truly wanted and loved what would that look like? See that magic wand life, feel it, embrace it and believe it that you could have that wonderfully magical life. Doesn’t it feel amazing? So now take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes…
Now write down how you felt, what you saw, heard or thought about yourself and your life. Set these fulfilling pictures, thoughts and feelings as your positive intentions for change and direction to work towards. I will tell you now that You can have that magical life and you do not have to struggle on your own to start your journey to achieve it!
So now that you set your intention for growth and change, it is time to have the courage to get out of your comfort zone and take the first step into…
The Second I - Integrity
What do I need to start?
The only thing You need is You. You fully, your intention and integrity to be open for the path of self-reflection, development and change.
What do I need to do to start?
You have now set your intention(s) and now being honest with yourself that maybe some aspects of your life are not aligning in the way you saw yourself in the magic wand life. This is totally okey and I am so proud of you to have been honest with yourself that your problem or issue is blocking the way and needs some work.
I know from experience that some things we cannot do alone even if we try with all our conscious efforts. That is okey too, you do not have to struggle anymore on your own, this is why I am here for you, committed to support you. Now all you need to do to start is get in touch and ask for guidance.
The Third I - Investment
How much time do I invest in seeing you?
Sessions normally last between 60 to 90 mins, so I do not charge by the hour which means we always have time for some relaxation in the end. For me, your well-being is the most important throughout our sessions together and therefore if we finished earlier but you feel you still need me a little bit longer we will chat and relax together so you leave supported and lifted.
How many sessions do I need?
This really depends on the client and their issues, problems and what we are working towards. Normally I recommend 3-4 sessions to start with and then we evaluate together your progress and where we would like You to be by the end of the therapy where you feel happy to go strong and solo.
And finally how much do I invest of myself?
To be honest, it does not matter what others say or think about therapy because I want You to be doing this for You first and foremost. This is your life and you have the chance to make the most of it living the life you visualised in your magic wand moment.
Thus I want you to invest your energy and yourself fully into opening yourself to fulfilling your intentions and following the life you truly want because you deserve that happier and healthier life. You just need a little guidance, and that is why I am here, for you.
